Several projects are attached to the center and currently running. They are:
1. “STOPMAST” is a research project funded by the Levy fund and focuses on improved control of contagious mastitis.
2. “EMCo-Mast” is a research project funded by the Green Development and Demonstration program under the Ministry of food and fisheries. The project focuses on investigating the added value of differential cell count to indicate mastitis.
3. “Udder Health on Top” is a research project funded by the Levy fund and focuses on understanding the extent and distribution of mastitis causative pathogens in Danish dairy herds and the identification of targeted treatment strategies against clinical mastitis.
4. “World Class Udder Health” is a project funded by the dairy association and focuses on education and communication, and on improve our understanding of farmers management of cows with mastitis.
